Die Before You Die!

During my usual rituals of morning pooja and silent meditation, I stumbled upon a gentle but powerful insight:

We live our entire lives surrounded by experiences — the warmth of the sun, the love of our parents, the rhythm of breath, even the silence between two thoughts.

But rarely do we ask:

Is there something beyond all this?

And even if we do ask — our mind, so brilliantly designed to function within the realm time and space, can only scratch the surface. This is obvious as mind is not made to ask such question, its mere tool to secure us and make ourselves comfortable in our worldly life.

Science explains much — but always within the coordinates of time and space. Our senses interpret the world — but again only what’s immediately perceivable. Even language, our proudest tool, is still bound by these same limitations.

• 🧠 The mind cannot cross beyond itself.
• 🗣️ Words cannot hold the infinite.
• ⏳ Time and space are just temporary scaffolds of this life.

But here’s the deepest knowing that emerged today:

These too will fall away. When this body dissolves, so will time. So will space. So will the mind.

But something remains. That silent, aware, witnessing presence that has always been there. Call it pure consciousness. Universal spirit or god. The divine spark. Or simply — Being.

And perhaps — just perhaps — the true purpose of this human journey is to awaken to That before the body falls.

To die before you die.

Not in sorrow, not in fear — but in freedom.

To shed the illusion of being a separate “me,” and dissolve into the all-embracing, ever-present One.

🕊️ When that happens, there’s no need for explanations. Only “nothing” remains.
